  • Seated Dumbbell Press: Sit on a bench with a backrest and hold a pair of dumbbells at shoulder height, then push them up overhead until your arms are fully extended. Lower the weights back down to your shoulders and repeat.

  • Lateral Raises: Hold a pair of dumbbells at your sides and raise them out to the sides until your arms are parallel with the floor. Lower the weights back down to your sides and repeat.

  • Bent-Over Rear Delt Raises: Bend forward at the waist with a slight bend in your knees and hold a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing each other. Raise the dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel with the floor, then lower them back down and repeat.

  • Upright Rows: Hold a barbell with an overhand grip and lift it up to your chin, keeping your elbows out to the sides. Lower the barbell back down and repeat.
  • Arnold Press: Start with dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing your body. Rotate your wrists as you press the weights up and turn them so your palms face forward at the top. Lower the dumbbells down and repeat.


Remember to warm up before any workout and start with lighter weights to avoid injury. Aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercise, and gradually increase weight as you get stronger.
